Service temporarily unavailable on Make.com API call

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a Keap integration in Make.com and running into an issue with sending a request to the Send Email API endpoint using the Keap ‘Call an API’ module. When I try to use the endpoint, it consistently returns a ConnectionError with the message that the service is temporarily unavailable. Here is a screenshot of the error, along with the API request and its details:

I have used this same module for other API requests, which are working fine. For eg., I can retrieve a single email, a list of emails or work on the emailAddresses API.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have insights on why this might be happening? Any help or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

I have tried this with both v1 and v2 for the API, but am still encountering this error.

Good morning Kamran,

We did not build and do not maintain the Make.com integration; I’m not sure where the issue lies, but if other calls to the application are performing as expected, then it seems like the tenant instance being unavailable is unlikely.
