Separating Tags

Hi there, I am struggling to figure out how to make different stages show up in my Dashboard or my Day. I have tags set up, but it seams like it does not move them right away even when a tag is added. What can I do so they separate them?

Example:
Stage 1
Stage 2
Stage 3

If you have it set so the tags get removed immediately, then u need to refresh your dashboard in order to see the new information.
