Send Broadcast from a different email address

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to add another ‘Send From’ email address other than the one registered to the account? I would like to use another email address for the purposes of a new programme I’m launching, so I would like these broadcasts to go from a support@ email address (vs my personal one) for reasons that I expect more support type questions that I want my team to deal with, so I want to avoid questions coming to me that I then need to forward to the team address on support@…

I don’t need a new user I’m just wondering if it’s possible to be able to have 2 different send from email addresses to choose between when sending broadcasts? (The email addresses have the same domain so it’s just a different mailbox it will go to if they hit reply.

When you send the email you can click on the ‘from’ address. Choose ‘other’ from the drop down and then fill in whatever email you want.
