Does anyone else have payments fail when they manually enter an order on to a customers record, rather than via an online form?
Hi Emma, I can confirm that i have had this issue reported to me as well.
I am wondering what areas Keap put in SCA support? If it is just only the Order Forms, then that Manual Payment - Charge Now Method has become useless.
I would have also expected Keap to have answered your question by now, because there is other Keap Clients having SCA issues.
A workaround solution would be to get your clients to do Bank Transfers instead. But it may not be ideal if you got many manual payments to process each day.
