REST v2 - Orders - List Orders - Very Slow Response

@OmarAlmonte, something has happened with the Orders - List Orders endpoint.

In attempting to pull records from it, it is now taking 30 seconds to do so. It does not matter if its 1, 100, or 1000 records, they are all taking their time.

Hi Pav, It seems specific to your app. Can you share the app ID via PM so we can take a look?

Same one as mentioned in the PM.

I can confirm that this issue is still present when querying via REST.

But if query via XML-RPC I get the results back instanty.
