You can’t currently edit the default form, itself. The closest you can get is creating an internal form with the fields that you would like on it, and setting it as the default quick-add form in your CRM>Settings 2017-06-24_1101

Yes. But how do I get a new form onto the Quickforms list so I can select the fields and then choose the form?
The screenshot only ahows how to select a form that is already there. Where do I create the form?
