I just pulled the list of “these emails won’t get your broadcast, here’s why” from a broadcast I was prepping to send. Many of these people have opted-out of receiving our communications.

When they opt-out, are they opting out of EVERYTHING? Given that every contact has several tags in our system, how do I identify if/what they want to stop receiving and possibly continue receiving?

Is the system still trying to send to these “opt-outs”? Since they showed up on that list, it seems like the answer is yes. How do I stop this?

Is it best to delete contacts who’ve opted-out? I mean really, what do we do with them.

Can I mass delete contacts? Or is this a one by one job?
