Notifying Non-Infusionsoft users

Is it possible for me to notify members of my team who aren’t users when we get a new contact. Basically, adding a step in the campaign to send to an email address when we get a new contact?

Yes - you can have Infusionsoft send them an email. In the ‘to’ section of the email, change to ‘Other’ and manually enter their email address.

So it would need to be done manually each time right?

No … it is a hard-coded email, so it will go out in sequence. So, for example, in your sequence you can have 2 emails. First one is set to go to ‘email’ (contacts email). Second could be a notification to sales person - this is where you hardcode in the ‘to’ section so that person gets the email every time.
