Hey, I need some help. I use Infusionsoft WP plug-in to build an opt-in form on our website. I set everything, but I am not happy with the design. I have a chance to write custom CSS code, but I do not know how this works. I know basics of CSS, but I do not know how to start and put the code in this plug-in. Can somebody give me some example or some tutorial. Thanks. Jure

Other than that, Keap has been notorious for launching things that aren’t their core offerings (aka WordPress plugins), and then not maintaining them (thus the 1.9 star rating for the plugin).

If the link above doesn’t help you out, I’d recommend grabbing Gravity Forms or WPForms and connecting them to Keap using an integration like Make or Zapier.

You’ll get much better look/feel and customization options, along with more stability.
