Mobile App doesn’t work and no response from support

Hey all, I can’t get the app to work. It says error authenticating.

I have sent several messages to support with no response.

Tried to do chat from my phone, and cannot get that working. The app is a must have and I have been dealing with this for a months. Any ideas?

I have:

Verified user/pass are correct
Deleted & reinstalled app
Emailed support


Try chat again today. You were attempting to over the holiday weekend and they are not working in the office (but rather from home) so much more limited due to covid right now.
