Hi,
Is it possible to mass update a field in a contact record that has a ‘drop-down’ choice of content? I have tried and succeeded to update a standard text field, but although the process with a drop-down field seems to succeed nothing is changed in the records.
If it doesn’t then it’s likely an un-intended behavior and you’d need to contact support and/or submit a bug ticket.
