How to mass update when there is no such selection

I have the FAQ but no choice for Mass Update!

Hey Ron:

Not quite sure exactly what the question is, but I’m going to take a stab at it.

If you are looking to mass update contacts, run the contact search.

When you have your search completed, check the box at the top left of the search results. That will select all of the records.

Then, use the ‘Actions’ dropdown box.

Choose Mass Update Contacts

Then, edit the field you want to mass update and click save at the very bottom.
