Hi,

I am setting up a campaign which includes letters. On testing that campaign I receive the email alert to let me know that a contact requires a letter sent. When I click on that email link though it just brings me to my home page on infusionsoft, not even into the contact. If this what should be happening?

I have worked this out by myself thank you.

In case someone has a similar problem, you should see a fulfillment list on your main screen. If it is not visible make sure the widget is enabled :slight_smile:.
