Issues with developer testing

We are planning to build an app for Keap but are running into some issues. We emailed devsupport@keap.com but haven’t heard back.

We have a sandbox account but this accounts seems to be using the old dashboard. Is it possible to have a sandbox account on the new dashboard? We want to test custom fields, among other things, and can’t seem to do that on the old dashboard.

We just completed a project to update our billing and provisioning systems, and the default environment for new Sandbox accounts should be Keap Pro rather than Max. Our support teams should be able to switch versions for you, if necessary, in which case you can file a ticket at Create a Support Ticket - Keap Developer Portal .
