I am trying to find a way to search by old task. There are tons of old tasks from Aug 2016 and I’d like to go back and clean those up… they are also assigned to someone else, not me.
If you have access to the Admin/Reports area, there is a report called the Task Note Report, that should give you the criteria options to search and clean these things up. If you are not an admin, you will need to ensure that you have permissions set to see other users / user tasks, or the ‘Assigned User’ criteria will be missing from this Task Note Report.
