There used to be a link included in each email broadcast that I could copy/paste to share and archive. Has anyone discovered how to do that with the new templates?
Not to the best of my knowledge.
What we recommend to our clients is that they create a landing page with the newsletter on (think blog post style), in the broadcast have an introduction with a read more… that links to the landing page.
This also means you get email engagement, good for deliverability

You could try adding the merge field ~HostedEmail.Link~ to your email. That should work. I believe that it only stays live for a couple of months.
