Integration Solutions for voice mail

Does anyone have a wise solution for automating information from voice messages into infusionsoft. I receive requests for our product catalog via our website and voicemail. The website is automated with infusionsoft so that process is totally automated. However, the phone requests are requiring someone to check the voicemails several times throughout the day and then manually enter the information into infusionsoft to trigger an email with the catalog being sent to the requestor. Would love to hear how others may have solved this process within their business.
