We use Unbounce and integrate those pages with InfusionSoft however, there is an issue. None of the data from the UB pages are being moved into our Keap account. This just started about an hour ago, up until then it had been fine. I spoke with UB support and they think it might be a API/token issue potentially? We tried to remove the Keap integration from our Unbounce and re-integrate it, but that did not work. We generated a new key in Keap and tried again and it still is not connecting. Does anyone know how to solve this?
It is possible that Unbounce is still using the Legacy API keys.
Keap is deprecating them and moving to the Service Account Key process.
They are doing rolling ‘brownouts’ so you can identify if your API keys are not working.
We are working on integrating unbounce via Make for our clients (more powerful and far cheaper than Zapier).

I recommend that you inform Unbounce about Keap is sunsetting the Legacy API Key, in which they need to make changes on their platform.
I do not know what they have done to their platform, but I found this article which was updated last year.
They briefly mention about Service Account Keys, but I am wondering if they have made the necessary API changes.
If you have generate different Service Account Keys and they are not working, then it points to Unbounce not supporting them. You will have to use the Legacy API Key until Unbounce have updated their platform.
