Hello, I’m new here and I’m trying to import a 3 000 contact list. I manged to import the company list first, but the contact always come back with this error message, “Failed to read auto-increment value from storage engine”.
I’m able to match field or follow the next steps.
I’ve tried to chance CSV format in Comma, tab, etc… nothing works.
Contact the tech support and they could not help me… I’m out of options.
