How to create a search for users according to the date a certain tag was added

HI everyone,

We’re looking for a way of creating (and saving) a search for users who have had a specific tag added within a certain time frame, e.g. the last 7 days.

So far, the best we’ve found is a search for all users who have that tag, whose accounts have been updated in that period. Unfortunately, this includes users who had the tag applied to them weeks ago, but whose accounts have been updated in a different way (e.g. a different tag) within the last 7 days.

Is this possible, or is there a workaround?

Marianne:

Go to your Marketing → Reports → Tag Application report.
That will let you input the tag you are looking for and show you everyone who got that tag applied and on what date (the tag must still be on the person for it to work).
