How do you add opportunities to Home Page?
Are you talking about adding saved searches and reports to your dashboard?
If so, you can click the “Add Dashboard Widgets” button, there are a few choices there for you - but at the very least you can use the “Custom Statistics Widget” to add various stats from searches and reports.
