How do I create an email list?

I want to create a list of contacts to send an email broadcast to. How do I create a list of contacts? I tried saving my search in contacts and it does not appear to be working. If I select 2 contacts and create a test list, when I try to use that list it still has ALL of my contacts in it, not the 2 I selected and saved. The name of the list appears in Saved Searches, but it’s not actually the search I saved.
Not sure why this is so difficult, seems like it should be a pretty basic function of a CRM software.

You’re half way there :wink:

When you pull up the search you created, select all from the report, click the actions button and apply a tag. That tag assignment can be used to identify your list in broadcasts.
