Go to their website and click on ‘contact us’ and you will have a page full of contact details including email

How do I cancel this account or reduce the expense? I have been ill and as you can see do not ever use it.

Hi, @Gene_Bronkowski. Check out the Contact page, look it over and choose the contact method you prefer - there are phone numbers, email addresses, etc…

I did. Its only gives a phone #. So can you address this or do I need to call?

Unfortunately I can’t address cancellations, but I can do my best to point you in the right direction. You can either call or you can submit a cancel request from within your Infusionsoft account. Here are the instructions if you are using Classic Infusionsoft and here are instructions for Current Infusionsoft.
