How can I easily search through the marketing copy on our campaigns for a term to replace?

I need to update the marketing copy that we have potentially used throughout emails on our various campaigns. Is there an easy way to do a find (and even replace)? Or will I need to comb through it all email by email with my eyes on every campaign?
