Hotel CRM Integration

We have used IS for some time in a marketing & service environment. We have sold this business and now run a small motel that requires a CRM. Functionality to manage historical bookings from existing contacts is obviously an important role, loyalty programs, etc. Has anyone integrated or is using IS in a motel environment.
