Giving a freelancer access to my system

I am bringing a freelancer on to take care of some campaigns for me. He already has an account with Infusionsoft separate from my company. Can I give him access to my account under his current login or do I have to issue him a separate email and account access? If I can, is there a help page or do you have instructions on how to add his current access.

If you have done this before, are there any hints/procedures you would recommend such as user permissions, etc?

Hi @Robin_Smith1,

So if they are a certified partner then you can give them partner access without it going against your user licenses. If they are not a partner then you can create a use entry for them or share an existing one and change the password after their work is done.
