I am working on my first fax broadcast from some of our referring MD contacts for our physical therapy business. When I tried testing the broadcast, both times I tested 3 identical faxes were sent. I am worried because this would not be a good situation if all of our contacts were faxed multiple times. Has anyone experienced something similar. I double checked to make sure that I only hit the send button once, and still 3 times.
You may have to pass that off to support and have them escalate it. Faxing is a very rarely used element in IBK so they may not even be aware they’re is a problem to look at without someone pointing it out.
I haven’t heard of anyone having an issue with it but again, it’s very rarely used, in fact, in 8 years I’ve not had a single client use it.
