Emails going to spam

Hi, we have an urgent problem. We are in a launch!!

All of the emails delivered by Keap are going to Gmail spam.

If we send from the same email address via webmail then the emails do not go to spam.

We need this fixed very urgently as we cannot send any emails and we are in a launch!

I have tried to contact Keap but the chat says “Unavailable”!

Have you set up your DKIM found under Settings > Email Settings?

Have you checked using a tool such as if you are blacklisted by anyone?
