Email went to SPAM folder

I was doing an email campaign in IS, in the first 2 emails sent to all my existing contacts they were directly visible to the inbox. But afterward, upon checking the other emails in the nurture, they are now going directly to the SPAM folders. I even tried sending it on my own email, it is now found in my spam files.

What possibly are the issues, and how can I resolve this?

First question, have you setup your Email Authentication? You find this in Settings > Email Authentication

If you don’t see a Green Tick there then that needs sorting out.

I would also recommend getting your SPF record setup.
