I’m new to the software, and just tried to do my first search with something other than name, which is quite common, and realized the search bar is limited to name… Often someone from the company will call and won’t know the name of the original purchaser. It’s a pain to have to go to contact, new search and then find the right field in the right tab, and then change the settings when a client calls in and is talking to you. There has to be an easier way to search name, phone number, and some of the custom fields, or just everything? Custom form or something maybe?
