Duplicate record checking by phone number

Currently Infusionsoft is unable to duplicate check by phone number. In our implementation of infusionsoft, we utilize the phone number as the primary identifier. It seems like a not-so-big feature to expect to dedupe by phone number, but it seems like this has been something people have wanted for a long time.

I would love to hear from someone at Infusionsoft why this is not being implemented, and if they understand how people like my company use Infusionsoft with the phone number as the main identifier.

Not something they currently do, and not anything I’m aware of being on their radar.

You can use FunnelBots by FixYourFunnel and they have a phone dedupe process that works well.
