The easiest way is going to be to use PlusThis (15% of lifetime with that link).
Otherwise, you need to use Twilio’s flow builder and use API calls (which is far more complex).
PlusThis or MyFusionHelper have options. I’ve also created endpoints to call from campaign builder that some of my clients use instead to avoid monthly costs…In fact, it should also be possible with Zapier.
