I had birthday campaigns working perfectly with http post with this company to send out cards, etc.

Now, however, direct mail manager upgraded to a new system and the old http post does not work.

I spoke with direct mail manager today and they indicated that infusionsoft/keap had not given them what they need to get this integrated again.
Does anyone have any idea how to make this work now?

I’m not sure what Keap is supposed to provide to a third party company, but we have not made any changes to this functionality on our side in quite a while, so any change that they made would have to be accounted for in their software.

I’d suggest contacting their support team and referring their developers here if they have questions on how to integrate against Keap.
