Please can someone advise me on how to delete a company record - as 2 of the same name (slightly different) have been set up
And also, how do I delete an opportunity that is no longer relevant?

If you go into CRM - Companies and search for the company you want to delete, click on the company and there is a delete button inside the record.
Same for opportunities - go under CRM - Opportunities, click on the opportunity and click the delete button
