Could not receive email from my app

Today I tried sending a broadcast email to mine and a few colleagues. Report shows the results were sent successfully but we did not receive any emails.

Currently I cannot chat directly with support. It was locked. Screenshot by Lightshot

I have a feeling there is a large issue with emails in Keap right now. I’m having similar problems.

You can work around that by creating a quick campaign that is simply one that sends your broadcast.
Then, put all the people you want through that campaign and they should get the emails.
