I have been running a launch campaign for my my new online membership site which has a monthly and quarterly subscription payment option through infusionsoft e-commerce. I’m about to close the cart and I wanted to check exactly how to do it without cancelling the current subscriptions.
Do I make the product inactive or will that stop infusionsoft from taking forthcoming monthly payments from existing members?

I would shut down the location where they can purchase.
If on your website - disable purchasing there.
If you were doing signups via Order Form, delete the order form.
You don’t want to touch the subscriptions, etc. as that will impact existing subscriptions.
