I have a product that is very low cost ($1) that I want to run through a campaign order. I don’t want the order to bill to the credit card until it hits a certain amount ($10) because otherwise the credit card processing fees will cost more than the item itself. Is there a way to have campaign orders just add to the contact’s balance without auto-charging the credit card or sending an invoice? Or does sending an invoice as part of the campaign option do just that? Or is there a way to set a threshold for auto-billing?
