Is there a way to have user call/email logs automatically generated and sent to an email address on a regular basis? (daily/weekly)
After you’ve created a saved search or report, you can click on the “Options” tab, and this will present you with an option to have the results of the report or search automatically sent to yourself every day, or every week.
It’s kind of limited in terms of how you can customize this (it can ONLY go to the logged in user, etc), but it should give you what you need, or get you close:
