Why are the delivery numbers not changing if we are adding 1000+ to our list over the last 30 days?

Are you sending to everyone in your list or just to certain tagged contacts? If the latter, you may not be tagging new folks, which would mean they aren’t getting the emails.

We are delivering everyone on the list. Infusionsoft tells me that I added 1000+ contacts in the last 30 days.

However that is not reflected in the number of emails delivered. In fact the number of emails delivered goes down?
