Auto add Lead Source

Hi,
Do I have to create a lead source first (Marketing > Create Lead Source) & then add to a contact or can I just type in a new lead source within the contact & it will add as new to the lead sources list?

Trying to see if I can eliminate extra steps

Hi, @Cristine_Sinnott. Unfortunately, you can’t create them on-the-fly in the contact record. So you are doing it correctly.
