Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically apply credit to a referral partners account for referral signups?
Wanting to set up a referral program where subscribers can refer others and then receive credit to their account (which will basically just make their monthly subscription payment less).
We are not wanting to have to do much manually for this and are looking for a way to just have the credit apply automatically.
You commission program can be triggered on lead or on sale. In your case it sounds like you will want it on lead. The question then would be how you wish to apply their “commission”. Their ledger will show the balance so from there you would probably need to do a report each month to determine what to apply to their account with you.
