API validation issue where Keap rejects “Armed Forces Europe” as a billing region

When creating or updating a contact via the Keap API, I receive an error response stating “Failed to add contact. Response code: 400 Response body: {“message”:“BILLING Region is invalid”}” when using “Armed Forces Europe” or “AE” as the billing region value.

Other region/state values work as expected. I have tried both the full name and the two-letter abbreviation, but both result in the same error.

I am looking to know which region values are supported for the addresses, or if there is a different expected value for Armed Forces Europe addresses when submitting billing information via the API?

Hi @JJ_Webmaster, we don’t currently support that region. I’ll bring this up internally and provide you with an update once I have more information.
