I’ve attempted to create an advanced automation (whilst being quite an un-technical person) and am using an API with a 3rd party to take data from Keap and send to a direct mailing service so we can send physical letters as well as emails. Throughout the automation, I do this through sending http requests which I tested and seemed to be successful… but it seems that the contacts I have added to the automation have got stuck just before the API call step (which ChatGPT told me was necessary to have near the beginning of the automation). I don’t understand why they’re stuck, why they can’t continue, what criteria they need to meet to continue… and I also only got a very shallow understanding of this stuff…
Does anyone have any advice?
