How do you make an inactive user active? Thanks in advance
@karine_rayson, in their User record, there is a button called “Activate.” Click it.

Just to add helpful visual to @Cheryl_Hunt’s answer…edit the user and down at the bottom you will see the activate button…click and done!

Thanks it makes sense now I had to click on the persons name and then the record is generated.
