How do I add a calendar item button to an email?

Hi David:

Not entirely clear on the question.

Are you asking how you would like your calendar link inside a button (e.g. the button says “Book Now” and links to your calendar?

If that is the case, copy your calendar URL from the Appointments page.
Create your email and drag the button out to the email body.
On the left, you will see a “button link” field (I think that’s what it’s called). There you can insert the URL that you copied. That will ink the button to your calendar.

If that isn’t what you are asking, please elaborate and I’ll try to help.
