A tag for video access seems not to working in CH for one student. I can see his access is ok via preview, but he does not see the videos from his end

My student cannot see those monthly folders for Practical Options Tactics folder from his end.

Anyone with similar issue? Thanks.


The customer may need to clear their browser cache and cookies, if you are seeing they have access in the preview, after applying the tag.

Another thing to watch out for, is if a contact receives a tag that unlocks content while they are logged into CH, the contact would not see the new content until they have logged out and logged back in.

If the contact is still having this issue, after clearing their browser cache and cookies, you may want to reach out to our technical support team via chat or phone@ 1-866-800-0004 Ext 2, to have them do some more indepth troubleshooting. This does seem like it may be related to a simple caching issue though.
