Hi there, is it possible to do A/B testing within a campaign? I can only find it as part of a broadcast email, is this correct?
Correct it is only in Broadcast (if you think about it that is logical as time of send would affect open rates etc, and campaign builder treats everyone as an individual).
However there are ways around it. You would need an ‘identifier’ applied to your contacts (a tag is normal) that says which test you want them in a/b/c etc and then decision diamond them onto whichever is the relevant tag.
So needs some setup but doable.
