3rd party tool that adds a tag triggered by a link click

I’m trying to find an alternative to the standard ISF button for adding a click generated tag. Does anyone know a 3rd party tool that will allow me to create a link to accomplish this?

I managed to accomplish this by using the PlusThis Action Link that I embed in the email. So it replaces the button and it adds the tag.
