I have a web page that I created with WordPress. In that page, I have embedded an Infusionsoft web form. The form is broken and the page displays the following message. 
Can someone help direct me to the steps I need to take to fix the problem? 
I don’t think I have a Cloudflare account. Is seems like the Infusionsoft webpage is on the Cloudflare network based on the message under the “What happened?” section.

CloudFlare is a system that helps to deliver website content faster, and, ironically, helps to keep sites up and running if the core server goes down.
The URL of the Cloudflare error makes it look like you may be trying to embed a Landing Page, as opposed to a web form.
If that is the case, use this plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/infusionsoft-landing-pages/) to set up and embed the landing page in your WordPress site.
