Unable to search

I keep trying unsuccessfully to get the screen which enables me to do a search of the database. I get an error message: “We were unable to retrieve the results you were looking for. Please try again.”
All I get repeatedly is the dashboard. Am I missing something?

I come across this time to time usually after an update to the software, and it is most always a caching issue. if you give your browser a full cache and cookies clear, and then log in again, you should be good.
